The crypto market is volatile, and it can be hard to keep track of your assets. If you lose track of your assets, or if you accidentally send them to the wrong address, you might find yourself in a position where you are unable to access those assets.

If this happens, there are options available to help recover your lost or stolen cryptocurrency.

The most obvious way to recover lost or stolen crypto is by having access to your private keys. If you have these keys and know how to use them correctly, then you can access any funds that were sent from that address.

If you don’t have access to your private keys, then things get more complicated.

1) Reclaiming your lost crypto: we will use our network of contacts in the hacking communities to get your private key back from hackers. This is usually only possible when you have not made any transactions with your wallet after losing it (e.g., if you had a hardware wallet and lost it while it was unplugged). If you did make transactions after losing your wallet, then we cannot help you because the attackers will not be able to find the private key that corresponds to those transactions (unless they used an ECDSA-compatible curve). However, even if they used an ECDSA-compatible curve, then we can still sometimes recover your wallet if it was stolen during transit (e.g., if someone stole your computer while it was connected via WiFi).
